Our Firm
Who We Are
Hashmu is a cybersecurity consulting and training firm headquartered in Doha, Qatar. We serve organizations across the Middle East and North Africa that require senior-level security expertise — delivered with the rigor, precision, and accountability that high-stakes environments demand.
We support organizations across Qatar and the GCC — from government entities and financial institutions to energy companies and enterprises.

Our Practice
What We Do
Hashmu was established to bring Fortune 500-caliber cybersecurity expertise to organizations in the MENA region — closing the gap between the security threats organizations face and the quality of expertise available to address them.
Our team carries hands-on experience from some of the world's most demanding security environments, including Microsoft, KPMG, and Sun Life. That experience informs every engagement — from the way we scope a vulnerability assessment to the way we respond to an active incident. Clients work directly with senior practitioners who have operated at the highest levels of enterprise security, not junior staff executing a template.
On the consulting side, we deliver Digital Forensics & Incident Response, Microsoft Security Stack deployment and optimization, Security Operations & Threat Hunting, and Vulnerability Assessments. Every engagement is scoped precisely, executed with discipline, and closed with clear, actionable reporting.
On the training side, Hashmu is an accredited Microsoft Training Services Partner — one of a limited number of firms in the region authorized to deliver official Microsoft certification courses and issue Microsoft-recognized training completions. Beyond official courseware, we deliver custom cybersecurity workshops, tabletop exercises, and the Hashmu Attack Lab™, a proprietary live-attack simulation built on a real Azure tenant, designed to expose security teams to the full Cyber Kill Chain under controlled, realistic conditions.
Across both practices, our standard is the same: technical excellence, honest counsel, and a commitment to outcomes that hold up under scrutiny.
Our Values
The Values Behind Hashmu
Our values are not a wall poster. They define how we scope engagements, how we communicate findings, and how we hold ourselves accountable when it matters most.
Technical Excellence
We hold our work to the highest standard — every assessment, every investigation, every training session. Good enough is not a threshold we recognize.
Extreme Accountability
We take full responsibility for every engagement from scoping to delivery. If we commit to something, it gets done — with precision and follow-through.
Honest Counsel
We tell clients what their environment actually looks like — not what they want to hear. That honesty is what makes our recommendations worth acting on.
